Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful looks that enhance our clients’ confidence while also contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Duties

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Perform specialized services such as barbering, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and straight razor techniques.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and salon profitability.
• Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon environment.
• Stay updated on current trends in hair fashion and techniques through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse skills.
• Proficiency in barbering techniques and knowledge of color theory.
• Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A valid cosmetology license is required; additional certifications in specialized services are a plus.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
