Duties

• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and color theory to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that align with clients’ needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon environment and assist in store management tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional appearance, as presentation is essential in upholding the luxury experience of our salon.
