At our kiosk, beauty enthusiasts can explore a world of skincare and makeup wonders, famed for their quality and innovation in the beauty industry. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Beauty Advisor who shares our love for Korean beauty, is keen on delivering exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Role:

As a Sales Associate at our Korean Beauty Kiosk, you’ll be the face of multiple Korean’s cosmetic brands, engaging with customers to share your knowledge and passion for Korean beauty products. You’ll play a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining the kiosk’s visual standards, and creating an inviting and informative shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interested in the Korean Beauty Industry and familiarity with K-Beauty products.
• Engage with customers to understand their skin care and makeup needs, providing personalized recommendations.
• Manage inventory, restocking products, and maintaining the presentation of the kiosk.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit payments with accuracy.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the team’s goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Korean beauty trends, products, and practices.
• Work independently to manage the kiosk during shifts, ensuring operational excellence.
• Ideal Candidate:
• Passionate about Korean beauty products （KPOP is a plus) with a good understanding of skincare and makeup.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and advise customers effectively.
• Familiar POS system. Inventory Management is plus.
• Quick learner, open to acquiring knowledge about new products and beauty trends.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
