The Position: We’re looking for experienced lash stylists / lash technicians who are able to do Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume.

Lash Technician Requirements:

• Must have an Esthetician or Cosmetology license
• Must have a passion for lashes
• Must be responsible and prompt
• Lash certified by a reputable source is recommended
• Must have experience with real guests

Lash Technician Responsibilities:

• Greeting and interacting with guests
• Provide quality services to guests
• Share aftercare knowledge with guests
• Sell products, memberships, and packages
• Help with daily and monthly duties

Location: Santa Clara (in-person)

Job Type: full-time

Salary: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Saturday is a must
• Sundays off

Supplemental pay types:

• Tips
• 10% commission for product and membership sales

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
• Lash Stylist Experience: 1 year

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology License or
• Esthetician License
