At Cosmotek, we would like your time to be spent in the most effective and beneficial manner. Students are being coached and monitored closely to ensure each of you will get the maximum results in achieving your goal. We are here to support you every step of the way.
Currently, Cosmotek College offers a hybrid learning option for most of the programs where students get an opportunity to have a combination of both traditional school attendances with online instructions. You will be supported no matter where you are: in person, online, or both.
Our hybrid learning is an innovative learning environment that brings together discussions, assignments, and learning activities all in one location. Depending on the program, your classroom experience may vary. Our Classroom is designed around your course syllabus and has everything you will need to be a successful student, and ways to learn and connect with your instructor and classmate. It is important to stay organized, track progress through the course and check weekly progress. The following requirements shall apply:
- The online program is instructor led. Student exam grades will be calculated by Cosmotek online portal.
- All student Satisfactory Academic Progress evaluations will be completed while students are physically on campus.
- Students are required to attend on-campus class at least eight (8) hours every week, take a subject test or chapter test weekly, and be evaluated for their practical proficiency by an instructor.
- Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac OS with Chrome, Firefox or Safari Browser, high speed internet connection, monitor and video card, speakers, headphone or speakers, web camera capable of video conferencing are required. Zoom application, email support, and texting support will also be used for visible communications and learning.
- Orientation will be on the first day of the class.

Zoom application, email support, and texting support will also be used for visible communications and learning.
- Any student enrolled in courses offered through the institution’s distance education program must participate in at least 80% of the required online or on-campus lectures. If a student wishes to complete a makeup for a class missed due to emergency reasons, they must communicate their desire with the instructor no more than 1 week after the absence.
